Well I have been dealing with J.B. Hostetter , 1990 28 years. I had my own construction company for that amount of time. I have purchased many many appliances, tool ,yard equipment,rental equipment, plumbing ,electrical and paint supplies. Today I tried to return a lawn mower battery I purchased a month age getting ready for this years mowing season. Apparently it was the starter not the battery .I tried to return the new batter and they wouldn't take it back because i installed it. When I expressed my feelings, and let the parts guy know I would not be using them anymore , his response was "what ever". It is such shame that we have become a society of through away relationship personally and in business.
